• What causes vascular lesions? 

  Vascular lesions commonly creep up on people, so it feels like they suddenly appear on a person’s face one day. Many factors can cause them to develop – a backup of blood in a vein, sun exposure, hormonal changes due to pregnancy or menopause and more.

• How does getting rid of vascular lesions work?

  We use SharpLight Dynamic Pulse Control (DPC), which is a powerful light-based technology that is non-invasive, fast, safe and very effective at removing vascular lesions. During vascular removal treatment, the DPC pulses are directed at the vascular lesion. These pulses have a specific wavelength that’s properly absorbed by the hemoglobin chromophore (which is the red protein responsible for transporting oxygen to the blood in the vascular lesion). The DCP pulses heat up the hemoglobin causing blood clotting that breaks down the vascular lesion.

• Does getting rid of vascular lesions hurt?

  SharpLight's pulsed-light treatments are safe, non-invasive, and pain free. During treatment, clients may experience a slight 1-2 second, momentary tingling sensation.

• Am I a good candidate for this treatment?

  DPC technology has been clinically proven to remove unwanted vascular lesions on skin types I-V. A consultation is needed to determine if this type of treatment is suitable for a client.

• What happens during my consultation?
  During your consultation with a certified and trained Premium Personal Laser technician, they will thoroughly assess the areas and skin conditions you want to address. They will also discuss how treatments work, the recommended number of treatments needed, expected results, fees, and of course, answer all your questions.
• Are your consultations free?
  Yes, our consultations are free.
• How long does each treatment take?

  Treatment time depends on the size of, and number of lesions being treated. It often ranges from a few minutes to an hour.

• How many treatments will I need?

  The number of treatments needed to remove a vascular lesion depends on the size of area being treated.  Clients commonly have 1 to 3 treatment sessions. For optimal results, treatments are spaced 4 weeks apart so that any natural healing can occur between treatments. Our non-invasive laser and beauty treatments are all individualized for our clients. The ideal number of treatments needed will be determined during a consultation with one of our professional certified technicians.

• When will I start to see results?

  Immediately after every single treatment! Our clients see a noticeable decrease in the vascular lesions they had treated after their first treatment. After undergoing several treatments, their lesions will disappear completely.

• How do I prepare for treatments and care for myself after treatments?

  We provide all our clients with pre-treatment instructions in advance of their appointment, and post-treatment care instructions following their completed service. 

• How does payment work?
  Payment is collected at the time of your treatment at our spa. We accept VISA, MasterCard,VISA/Debit, cash, debit or etransfer. If booking a package, full payment is due upfront at the time of purchase, whether you purchase online via our website, by phone or in person.
• What is your cancellation policy?
  We have a 24-hour cancellation policy in effect at our laser and beauty spa for consultations and appointments. If you cancel less than 24 hours to your treatment appointment, no refund will be given.
• Do you take walk-in appointments?
  Our treatments are by appointment only. To ensure our clients received full privacy and comfort, we do not offer walk-in appointments or consultations. Visit our contact page for our hours of operation.
• Can I use my cell phone during treatment?
  Cell phone use is not permitted during any treatment or service at Premium Personal Laser. This includes, but is not limited to, talking on the phone, texting, surfing the internet, playing games via apps, recording videos, or taking pictures of any service in progress.
