• What is RF body contouring and how does it work?
  We use SharpLight’s innovative, flexible, and safe med-aesthetic system, which uses, radio frequency (RF) to re-shape, tighten and smooth out an area of a body. Using heat, it breaks down the collection of fat cells beneath the skin in a specific area, renews collagen cells and stimulate their production, and tightens skin.
• Does body contouring work on all skin and body types?
  These treatments are not a solution for weight loss. They are best suited for those at or close to their ideal body weight.
• What is the recovery time after treatment?
  There is zero downtime and recovery time. Clients can return immediately to their regular activities and routines.
• Do body contouring treatments hurt?
  Treatments are pain-free. Our advanced technology is non-invasive so there is no surgery or incisions.
• How many treatments do I need?
  The number of body sculpting treatments needed are low, however they do vary from person to person and depend on the area of body that will be sculpted. The number of treatments needed will be determined during a consultation with one of our certified laser technicians.
• When will I start to see results?
  With our technology, and depending on the area being treated, our clients may visibly see results after just one session. Results vary from person to person, and the timeframe for full results will be determined during a consultation.
• How do I prepare for body contouring and care for myself after treatments?
  We provide all our clients with pre-treatment & post-treatment care instructions.
• What happens during my consultation?
  During your consultation with a certified Premium Personal Laser technician, they will thoroughly assess the areas where body shaping treatments are desired. They will also discuss how the treatments work, the recommended number of treatments needed, expected results, fees, and of course, answer all your questions.
• Are your consultations free?
  Yes, our consultations are free.
• How does payment work?
  Payment is collected at the time of your treatment at our spa. We accept VISA, MasterCard,VISA/Debit, cash, debit or etransfer. If booking a package, full payment is due upfront at the time of purchase, whether you purchase online via our website, by phone or in person.
• What is your cancellation policy?
  We have a 24-hour cancellation policy in effect at our laser and beauty spa for consultations and appointments. If you cancel less than 24 hours to your treatment appointment, no refund will be given.
• Do you take walk-in appointments?
  Our treatments are by appointment only. To ensure our clients received full privacy and comfort, we do not offer walk-in appointments or consultations. Visit our contact page for our hours of operation.
• Can I use my cell phone during treatment?
  Cell phone use is not permitted during any treatment or service at Premium Personal Laser. This includes, but is not limited to, talking on the phone, texting, surfing the internet, playing games via apps, recording videos, or taking pictures of any service in progress.
